Overview
The Veta 3 Compact is the non-ventilated base of Mindray's Veta platform: a single-vaporizer anesthesia machine for small animal work, with the breathing system and controls in one integrated body.
Circuit pressure reads on a built-in manometer, and a graduated APL valve sets the pop-off point. The soda lime absorber loads from an easy-access position. The vaporizer compensates for flow, temperature, and pressure and is offered with key or pour filling. Waste gas leaves through a passive evacuation port, and mounting points hold patient monitors, infusion pumps, and oxygen generators. When the practice is ready for mechanical ventilation, the Veta 3 upgrades to the Veta 5 with its 8-inch touch-screen ventilator.
