Overview
The Moduflex Elite gives a small animal practice one rebreathing machine that wheels easily from the surgery suite to the dental table. Its base is shaped and sized to keep the footprint small, and large casters keep the 57 lb machine steady as it moves between rooms.
A standard CO2 absorber and a Y patient circuit come with the machine, along with 2 liter and 3 liter rebreathing bags. Oxygen is set on a 0.1 to 4 LPM flowmeter with a rotating float, and a second flowmeter can be added. The vaporizer installs on a SELECTATEC-compatible manifold, and a monitor shelf keeps the patient monitor on the machine. The soda lime canister has a built-in condensation base that collects moisture so the absorbent does not cake in place.
