Overview
The Mindray BeneVision TM80 Vet is a telemetry monitor for mobile patients in the veterinary hospital. It monitors 3-lead or 5-lead ECG with 25 arrhythmia types, ST and ST template analysis, and real-time QT/QTc, plus impedance respiration.
The TM80 Vet pairs wirelessly with BeneVision CMS Vet for central monitoring, where a real-time apnea alarm covers respiration. Its 3.5 in rotatable color touchscreen lets staff check readings at the cage side. With the screen off, all monitoring and alarm information shows only at the central station, so the monitor's sound and light do not disturb the patient.
The monitor weighs 230 g, runs more than 40 hours on its rechargeable lithium battery, carries an IPX7 rating for temporary immersion in water, and is drop tested from 1.5 m.
Key Features
3/5-lead ECG
Multi-lead synchronous calculation with 25 arrhythmia types, ST and ST template, and real-time QT/QTc.
Impedance respiration
Respiration by impedance, with a real-time apnea alarm at the CMS.
3.5 in touchscreen
A rotatable color screen in landscape or portrait, with drag-to-reorder waveforms and graphical alarms.
Screen on or off
Staff turn the screen on for rounds; with it off, alarms show only at the central station.
Telemetry link
Adjustable telemetry range and a dual antenna array reduce interference from Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, and cellular signals.
IPX7 and drop tested
Rated IPX7 for temporary immersion in water and drop tested from 1.5 m (4.9 ft).
Cage-side touchscreen
Readings in the hand during rounds
The 3.5 in color touchscreen shows waveforms and numbers at the cage side, and menus for lead placement, review, and wireless settings sit on the same screen.
Waveform order is set by dragging tiles, and the display turns for landscape or portrait viewing.
Landscape and portrait
Display turns with the monitor
The TM80 Vet supports landscape and portrait layouts, so the screen reads correctly however the monitor is held or mounted.
