Overview
The Haico Pro 3 is a heavy-duty equine medical examination and surgical table engineered for large-animal positioning, lift capacity, and OR access. The platform supports horses up to about 2,866 lb with table tops available in medium and large sizes (including head support footprints up to about 118.1 × 55.1 in on the large path). Longitudinal (pelvic) tilt ±25° and lateral tilt ±12° support Trendelenburg-style and lateral-lift needs used in selected abdominal procedures.
Removable side panels, a longer removable middle panel vs the Haico Surgery 2 / Telgte II lineage, and a head support that can move sideways with removable head-support sides improve surgeon and nurse access in dorsal and lateral positions. Control buttons sit at the front on both sides; a wireless remote is included. Dual-speed lifting uses normal speed under load and a faster unloaded cycle for setup and cleanup. The table runs on a 12 V battery system with charger input for 110/240 V AC, about 6-hour charge time, roughly 30 lifts per full battery, and the ability to operate while charging. Surface finish uses AL oxide blast double paint on metal surfaces.
Optional upgrades include electric air pump and padding, leg and shoulder supports, rolling jack / moving unit, MRI/CT-compatible polycarbonate support, colon trays, protection plastic, and stainless table top. Exact top size, padding package, and accessories vary by configuration.
